Developing on Thingy 52 with Segger toolchain

Hi,

I want to use Segger Embedded Studio to write firmware for Thingy 52 but I don't know what programming hardware I need. Is there any documentation that supports Segger development?

It seems like the docs talk about Keil but the license is expensive.

Thanks!!
