Nordic nRF91 Pre-Certified Module

Hello,

I was wondering if there are production ready fully pre-certified modules for the nRF91 Cellular chips? Like what Rigado (u-blox has it now) made with the BMD series for the Nordic Bluetooth chips and others as well.

If not, what certifications does a custom board need to get if it puts the nRF9160 chip on it for North America? Using a HOLOGRAM SIM card. Seems like a very costly task.
