I have created a customized android app which hosts a form like structure of a patient arriving in hspital. I wish to send these data to nrf52840 dongle which inturn stores the data for the later use. which example do I need to use as reference? any help appreciated.
Is the data that I have provided sufficient enough to explain my problem or do I need to elaborate it more? I'm new to these nordic modules but I have experience in arduino programming
The nRF52840 USB dongle is good for demonstration or prototype after you have developed you application. But for development you should use the nRF52840-DK, mainly because the nRF52840 USB dongle have very limited IO's and no debugger.
You can find a list of BLE peripheral examples here:https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/sdk_nrf5_v16.0.0/examples_ble_peripheral.html?cp=7_1_4_2_2
If you are not developing a BLE product using a BLE specified profile (e.g. glucose, heart rate), then you can take a look at the BLE peripheral blinky or uart example as a starting point.
To store data to the internal flash of the nRF52840 I recommend to check out the FDS library:https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/sdk_nrf5_v16.0.0/lib_fds.html?cp=7_1_3_56
