PPK current limit - hardware

As I understand from documentation current limit for nRF PPK is 70mA. This is when PPK automatically sets measurement range from 1 o 70mA.
My question is: Is there a way to extend range of PPK to be more then 70mA even if we get a lower resolution? And what is making this limitation is it the maximum power on R4 resistor?

As I see from this question https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/f/nordic-q-a/19471/power-profiler-kit-maximum-current-damage the bottleneck is a switch which can stand up to 400mA. So I presume this is the maximal current?

Hi,

The question is related to whether it's safe or not to draw up to 400 mA without damaging the PPK.  However measuring current above 70 mA is not supported by the PPK.
