INVALID_PARAMETER on modem update

I try to update modem on my custom boards but I get this error.

What version of nrfjprog are you using? Please try updating to latest nRF Command LIne Tools v10.5.0

nrfjprog --version

I did update.

nrfjprog --version
nrfjprog version: 10.5.0
JLinkARM.dll version: 6.61a

The problem is the same.

I changed Jlink version to not beta

nrfjprog --version
nrfjprog version: 10.5.0
JLinkARM.dll version: 6.60d

The problem is unchanged. I also have the problem with my nRF9160 DK.

My configuration is Windows 10 64 bits.

I found. My zip file path had this directory "Procédure programmation", when I renamed it with "Programming_procedure" it worked.

Very strange behavior. Can you try to move the mode FW zip file to e.g. c:\git\? Just to make sure it's not the path of the file.:

Edit: I see I was too slow with writing my answer and you came to the same conclusion. Happy to hear! 

I will forward the issue first thing tomorrow to our nRF Connect team.
