Getting error code 18

Hello Nordic team , 

• I am working in BLE project ,while I am scanning device(filter)  am getting (error 18) . Need your help team
• Sd ble gap connect returns error code 18
• Nordic Blog kindly revert some explanation. 
• Point me how to debugg this issue  , I am depending on your reply.

The obvious first step would be to look up what that error code 18 means ...
