phonegap plugin for BLE?

If this question is directed to Nordic, I think the answer is no, but it would be nice if you could provide some more information and explain what phonegap and/or cordova is.

Unless you want to use Cordova for developing on the Nordic chips, this is mainly an issue of interfacing to the BLE API on mobile devices (iOS, Android, etc.), which may be a little outside Nordic's area of support.

It looks like there are some open Cordova BLE libraries already, like github.com/.../cordova-ble and github.com/.../cordova-plugin-ble-central

I haven't tried either yet, but they both have recent updates and look reasonably complete.
