SWD protocol Documentation (packets)

I want to make a programmer for nrf52832. Do you know where is the documentation of SWD is ?

I have one more question. I menage to emulate SWD interface and I was able to write application to the flash but I do not wait for Ready flag to inform me that the 4 byte word is written to the flash. Is it possible to have future problem because of that.
