Hi,

During the initialization of the SIM I have this message:

There was an error submitting your user information. This SIM cannot be activated. I am from Israel. What can you suggest.

That is exactly what I do. I stopped the first attempt in the middle because of taking too long. Than I tried to activate it as a SI and it failed. Now once again I am trying to activate as LTE.I get (still working...) message for a minutes. The numbers are 893108931810428117 and 15314121

I succeed to activate the SIM with my devzone log.
