Could not find service

Dear all, 

I am very new to BLE developments and Nordic product, I have purchased the nRF52840 dongle to have a feeling on the product ( I understand I should get the nRF52840 DK for development, and will purchase it later). Anyway, I tried uploading the peripheral heart rate service example, ble_app_hrs_pca10059_s140, I was able to connect to the dongle through nRF connect on iPhone, however, I am not able to find the heart rate services in the attribute table but only in the advertising, please see below:

I am wondering am I missing anything? I have not changed the example code at all.

Hi Danny, 

Could you use nRF Connect Programmer to write <nRF5_SDK>\examples\ble_peripheral\ble_app_hrs\hex\ble_app_hrs_pca10059_s140.hex?

Also, close and reopen the app to scan and connect the device again.

Hello, Sorry, I falsely pressed on the verify answer, I have tried your suggestions, however, I have the exact same result, I could see service in the advertisement but not in the attribute table.
