DCCH inductor characteristics

I can see in the datasheet of the NRF52840-CKAA-R that the recommanded inductor value for DCCH is 10uH +-10% (configuration no. 4).

Unfortunately, we experience some difficulties to find a distributor for this component. Is it possible to replace them with an inductor of 10uH + -20% (instead +-10%)? What are the risks?

Sorry for the late reply. It should be fine with 20% tolerance for the DCCH inductors.
