What is the TX Power supported by stack ?

I need to limit it to +10dBm

This is typically limited by the hardware, in other words for instance the nRF52840 can support +8dBm. Or do you plan to add a PA? You may also check out this thread:

+8dBm is the max in Hardware, does it mean that this is the default came with stack?

Actually you can configure variety of TX power.

If you see the link in my reply, you can see that you can configure this as you see fit. But if you need more than +8dBm then you need to add a PA.
