Nordic Chip sets can support Indoor Location Tracking feature for NRF52840 for BT5.1?

Hi Nordic Team, Can you please share any information regarding Indoor Location Tracking feature/application that nRF52840 can support and Example code?

Hi,

 

The radio in nRF52840 does not support Direction Finding as per the Bluetooth 5.1 spec, this is only supported in nRF52811, nRF52833, nRF5340 and potential future SoCs. Even if the HW supports it, we unfortunately do not have any code support for this yet, but if you feel up to the challenge you can of course make something from scratch using our non-Softdevice code examples. For timelines and roadmap info you should contact the Nordic Sales Manager in charge for your region.
