i can't update new nrf cloud certificate
"There was an error generating the certificate: No Nordic product with device id nrf-xxxx...(imei)and ownershipCode HWID(xx:xx..) was found in our system. Please compare these values with what is printed on your product's label. If they are accurate, please contact Nordic Tech Support for help. If this is not a Nordic Semiconductor device, use a device id other than nrf-<15 or 17-digit IMEI>."

i miss my account for nrfCloud and devzone
so , now my nrf9160 dk couldn't connect to nrf cloud. see *1
now ,i see the link
