their is orcad capture design file or available or PDF file

You will have to describe more closely what you need schematic for. We publish reference circuitry in the Product specification of each respective SoC, you can also find downloadable HW files in the product web pages. This contains PDF, gerber and Altium Designer formats, we do not have OrCAD files.
