Hi.
Are you using the nRF Connect SDK or the nRF5 SDK?
Which version of Segger Embedded Studio do you use?
Have you had other versions of SES installed earlier (or at the same time)?
I have seen that problem in an earlier case where the customer used NCS. While we have not yet found the cause or a way to not have the message appear every time you start SES, it does not matter which option you select to remove the message box.

Standard install of nRF Connect SDK. No nRF5 SDK on this system. My older PC didn't have this problem. But when I installed the kit on my new PC, this box started popping up. Thanks for looking into this.

Which version of Segger Embedded Studio do you have (it should say in the top right corner)?
And again, while the message might be annoying, it does not affect the nRF Connect SDK, regardless of what option you choose.
