I working with nRF52832 (E73-2G4M04S1B) Module. Now the nRST pin is default low state. Try to connect target ,but it connected.
pullup the nRST the pin, but there is no improvement.

How, exactly, are you "trying to connect" ?
What, exactly, are the symptoms of "failure" ?
You haven't said, but it sounds like you mean the programming/debug connection - yes ?

If these are "home made", maybe there's a hardware fault ...

1. Working Module:
nRST PIN - Normally High Sate
2. Not Working:
nRST PIN - Normally Low State
i give the external pull-up, but in the same condition.
Can it be that you have by accident enable pin reset in uicr and at the same time the application is driving the reset pin low internally? The only way to recover this situation is to connect the reset pin directly to VDD and execute an 'nrfjprog --recover'.
