Regulator and ADC references

We are evaluating the nRF52832 and have the following questions:

• What is the accuracy of the internal ADC voltage reference and the voltage regulators?
• Are any of the voltage regulators or internal voltage references available to be used externally?
• The datasheet states the current consumption of the PWM is 200 uA.  Is that to run all the PWMs or 200 uA for each of the 3 PWMs?

The ~200uA is the current drawn of the PWM peripheral when used (independent of channels), most of the current is caused by HFCLK and possible DMA channels (DMA is used for instance if you are updating the PWM output continuously from an array in RAM).
