SG90 toy servo with NRF52

Hi ,

I am trying to interface sg90 toy servo with NRF52840 , I am using nrf library but dont know how to drive it from 0 degree to 90 degree to 180 degree . May I know the exact PWM (duty cycle)values to control it.
1. How much microseconds in total should I use as a duty cycle? 
2 . How much percentage of the duty cycle should I use to drive the motor to respective degrees?

There are couple of examples using this motor. For example here, but not sure about the exact dutycycle values to get particular angles for SG90. 

Can't you do some trial and error values to achieve the angle /duty cycle/time combos?

By trial and error I got values 25 and 50 , but it only rotates the servo 90 degrees
