Get Mesh Network Id and Mesh Network Name

How does one get Mesh Network Id and Mesh Network Name on a provisioned device?

So far I have looked through the Mesh SDK API documentation, but was unable to find an answer. Is this information available to the network node?

What do you refer to by "Mesh Network Name"?

The Network ID is derived from the network key such that each network key generates one Network ID. This identifier becomes public information. (ref. Network security material structure)

Thank you, sir! This is what I was looking for.

By "Mesh Network Name" I meant the name that can be seen in the smartphone provisioning app, now I understand that it's not known to the network itself and stored by the app.
