Building GPS Sample with SUPL

Hi,

I see you added support for AGPS here: https://github.com/NordicPlayground/fw-nrfconnect-nrf/commit/3849e8ae60018505e778a1b0b24c0c36f8f8b809

but I have trouble building the SUPL library. Can you provide the built library, or instructions for building it? The gps sample builds OK with CONFIG_SUPL_CLIENT_LIB=n

The SUPL library needs to be manually downloaded, as described in the documentation:

Unfortunately, this is not yet present for download, but if you contact your local regional sales manager (RSM), you can get more information on this matter.
