nRF52840 - Objective Product Specification

I am looking for the Objective Product Specification for the nRF52840 chip. I have only found the Objective Product Specification for nRF52832 in version 0.6.3.
Can anyone help me with that?

Thanks, but this does not describe the registers of the microcontroller. I am looking for the "Objective Product Specification" or formerly known as "Reference Manual" for the nRF52840, if it exists. It does exist for other chips.

Sorry, my fault. I got confused with the different namings for the same specification.

No worries.

Preliminary (PPS) / Objective (OPS) is available before the chip have been characterized, tested and transferred to mass production. After the chip have been approved for mass production you should refer to the Product Specification (PS) for all parameters.
