Add a custom ble service in ble_app_blinky example

What are the steps to add a custom ble service in ble_app_blinky example, i am using sdk 15.3.0. I have followed the basic tutorial but it donot work.

Which tutorial did you follow? Please see this custom BLE service example, which is a tutorial made by one of my colleagues, updated to fit SDK15.3 by a kind Github user.
