10 is not a valid minimum interval for advertising. And these numbers are not dependent on using an RTOS or not. Please look at the range of valid advertising interval provided here .

When the advertising interval is set to 10 seconds at that time module is going in the Hard fault handler in the HRS freeRTOS example
