When I click on this link, I do see my tickets, but from this list cannot figure out, which one was replied recently. So it means, I need to click all of them, to see the status. Better could be showing the time from the last update, and if it was from myself or from somebody else. I do not want look at my updates. Maybe you see sth different, I am sure that you have completely different view on the portal, since you are admins.
So on my side it looks like this, 13-days ago, but it was really 3 hours ago.
It is not a major issue here, just cosmetic.

I'm putting in an extra column containing that info.
Might take some time, since we have a lot of stuff in the pipeline. BUt it's a good idea and I aghree that we should have that.
