fatal error after BLE event 0x26

 I started with the nrf_tempelate project and used nrf_uart to add uart service. It works fine but after some time application crashes and shows about the error.

Any idea why it is failing when it starts to advertise again?

You are not writing if you are using SES or Keil, but in general if you use/add DEBUG to preprocessor symbols you can get more debug information from the app_error_fault_handler() than just "Fatal error".
