Advertising in nRF Connect Mobile

All I want to do is use the "Advertiser" tab in my nRF Connect android app and force it to broadcast using a custom 128-bit UUID.

I am struggling to figure out how to do so. There seems to be an option for a "test UUID service" but I am not able to use it in any pull down menus.

And if I type in a 128-bit UUID that I generated from a web site, the application keeps telling me "Invalid UUID".

What next?

Did you type in the "-" signs, too?

As in 12345678-abcd-efba-1234-1234567890ab

The app will recognize this as 128-bit UUID once the last digit is in.

Thanks, the "-" was critical.. Wonder why the app would not expect a 128-bit UUID with no dashes in between as separators.
