Upgrading Modem Firmware to v1.1.1 - Thingy:91

Hi,

A new modem firmware for nRF9160 has been released.
Is it safe to update the modem firmware of Thingy: 91 to v1.1.1?
We can download the firmware from nRF9160 SiP page but Thingy:91 page doesn't contain it.
Before perform upgrade, I wanted to ask.

Thank you for reporting this.

This was a mistake on the website, the v1.1.1 should also be on the Thingy:91 page.

I've reported this internally so it will get updated.

The modem firmware binary is the same on all the three webpages, so you can safely update to the latest version.
