Custom Board Flashing Issue

I am using PCA10040 development board for flashing.Same it was working fine to flashing the Custom board.

Now suddenly not flashing to the custom board same board which is flashed several times.

But now not flashing same connection diagram.

can you please help me out.

There could be a multitude of sources to this problem. I will need quite a bit more information from you in order to pinpoint what is going on here. Please answer the following questions:

1. Do you get any error messages when trying to flash this custom board?
2. Are you able to see if the custom board is still operating, I.E. advertising using the radio or communicating/operating some other way?
3. How is the custom board powered?
4. Are you able to flash any other custom boards using your DK setup?
5. Can you check if the Development kit is working? Flash an SDK example onto it and confirm that it's working properly.
