X-NUCLEO-LPM01A or Power Profiler Kit

Hi Nordic-Team,

I would like to setup a testbed that should be used to measue/evaluete the power consumption of a nRF52840-DK with a connected secure element (like OPTIGA Trust X).
At the university we would have access to a STM X-NUCLEO-LPM01A board. Do you have any experience with that board and could tell me if it could be used with the nRF52840-DK?

Or would probably consider the Power Profiler Kit the better solution?

I'm sorry, but we don't have much experience with the STM X-NUCLEO-LPM01A as we specialize in Nordic products. Maybe making this ticket a public one, so that you may get a reply from someone in the community who has tried both would help, as I don't see what sensitive information is in this ticket. If you'd like me to set the case to public mode, please say so and I will do it ASAP.

Anyway, we generally recommend using the PPK for measuring current consumption on DKs, as we have a user guide, the nRFConnect Power profiler application, and the experience to support you if you should run into any problems, something we won't be able to provide for the STM X-NUCLEO-LPM01A.

Your are sure right, there is actually no sensitive information regarding that topic.
I will change it to a public one and maybe someone from the community as experience with both.
