Initial set up and config of Thingy 91

I am getting this error message when I tried to complete the initial set up.

There was an error adding your device: No device found with id 'nrf-352656100352817'. Verify you are passing a valid device id and not a device name.

Sim was activated

At the next stage I was not able to connect to the cloud and then  tried to 'reset' the device and follow the instruction to update certification.

But keep getting the error message

Hi.

The Thingy:91 must be connected to nRF Cloud before you can add it to your nRF Cloud account.

Can you send me a log from the Thingy:91, to help me check if that is the reason for your problem?
