license of embedded studio activation 4.12

Unable to use Free Embedded studio as its asking for license, unable to activate license key.

Hello, 

Can you elaborate on how you are unable to activate the license key? Did it work before, or are you registering a new license? If so, why are you using an old version (v4.12) and not a newer version?
