Disconnect NRF Toolbox through code

Is there any way to disconnect the NRF Toolbox connection through code. I tried to do the same but once ble turns back on its connecting back to NRF toolbox.

You could erase the bonding information both on the phone and on the nRF. See this case for deleting bond on the nRF.
