2450FM07A0029 alternative

Hello,

We are in pre-production and we need to make 1000 prototypes.

Here is the filter we planned to use : https://www.johansontechnology.com/datasheets/2450FM07A0029/2450FM07A0029.pdf

This filter is out of stock... Delay to have it is too long for us.

Here are two filters we think we can use in replacement :

https://product.tdk.com/info/en/documents/data_sheet/rf_lpf_dea102700lt-6307a2_en.pdf

Can you confirm us both are compatible with nRF52832 ?

If not, can you please give us a compatible alternative ?

Thank you for your help,

David

  • The 2450FM07A0029 is a special part designed just for the nRF52832 and there's no substitute for this part. I suggest you use the discrete matching network instead with one shunt capasitor (C3) and one series inductor (L1) that you can find in the reference schematics.

Note that you need tuning components or the antenna. I recommend placing a pi-filter between the matching network and the antenna, more in this whitepaper  Without the antenna tuning components, you have no means of tuning and optimizing the antenna for your design.
