NRf 51 DK not advertising below 3v

Hello

I am reading sensor and broadcasting via nrf51DK
its working perfectly when voltage supply is morethen 3v

but when I give voltage between 2.1v to 3v its stop broadcasting
I debug it if comment the advertising start method its runiing its infinte for loop

and if I uncomment and start advertise it calls BLE_ADV_EVT_FAST callback and go in sleep mode but never advertises the data

Are you using the nRF51-DK as a debugger? If yes, it will have problems communicating with voltages below 3V.
