Need more information on 51822-DK example app HRM

I have the 51822-DK. I was finally successful in uploading the Heart Rate Monitor example application to the chip with the S110 but now it looks like nothing happens. I downloaded the nrfToolbox from Apple Store and started the HRM module but no devices appear in the Select Devices list. Should there be devices showing up in the list? Does anyone know of a tutorial or documentation that shows exactly what is supposed to happen?

How can I tell if the radio is actually working on the board? I know that ble is working on my phone because, I have other apps that are finding devices. The DFU module in the nRF Toolbox also is picking up devices.

Which SDK are you using? Since you are using the nRF51-DK I assume it's the PCA10028 board you have? Make sure you use the latest softdevice and SDK available here: developer.nordicsemi.com/
