Thaank you,
I'd refer you to Bluetooth.org.
You'll need to register your company and put your device forward for testing. Only once it has passed Bluetooth SIG certification may you say that your device supports Bluetooth and use the logo.
If you have used a certified module then this process is expedited, but you'll still need to register your company. If you have used a bare chipset then certification will take longer.
Did you remember to leave access points on your hardware so that you can run DTM using external equipment?
This will be needed by any certification house when testing the Bluetooth.
can i able to sell my product without any qualification from bluetooth ? is there any problem occur with that?
Of course you can sell it, but Bluetooth is a registered trademark and the technology is available for you to use commercially under license.
If your company is caught selling an unlicensed product then you can expect a hefty fine.
Company and product registration with the Bluetooth SIG, isn't that expensive or onerous, so it seems a non-brainer to pay for it, after all you'll have to pass your product through statutory tests for your market place and the actual BLE testing isn't that expensive if performed at the same time.
