PyOCD/OpenOCD support for NRF9160

Hello,

is it planned to add support for PyOCD and/or OpenOCD for NRF9160?

If yes, when?

ATM (26.02.2020) they support only NRF51 / NRF52

pyOCD also shows no NRF91 support, command pyocd-gdbserver -h

There is pyOCD fork in NordicPlayground, but it doesn't seem to be active.
