How to set the fuses for the nRF52840?

Hi,

I want to set the unused pins to low Level, however without using Software to do so, i.e. this has to be done before the chip is turned on.

How can I do that? Is there a specific tool for it?

Yes. It is called a pulldown resistor.

Yeah, I meant if there is a way to pull the unused GPIOs internally down using fuses (not to configure them at the beginning of the software).
