PPK board strange behavior

Hi I still have problems with this board. I check it at my nRF dealer and it works. Yesterday I run it on an another PC and it works well:

But today at the same PC it doesn't work????

What's going on with this board? How can I make it works?

The PPK is a bit unstable at times. I usually power-cycle the device, reconnect with the PPK application, flip some switches, and eventually, it recovers. Try to fiddle with it like that.

I switched off it. Toggled switches. WO success.

I really don't know exactly how to make it works.
