SPI pin configuration issue

Hi 

I am new to nordic processors. 

I am using spi_pca10040 project as a reference for my custom board. On my board the SPI pin configuration is different from pca10040. I am modifying SPI pin configurations from CMSIS wizard. I observed my sdk_config.h file is getting updated. 

After programming my board, SPI bus doesn't show any activity. I checked with project default SPI pin configuration, which is working fine. 

Am I missing something when changing the configuration? What could be going wrong?

Which configs did you modify in the sdk_config.h file?

I am using below configuration from sdk_config.h. I am using CMSIS wizard to modify. 

#define SPI_SCK_PIN 10

#define SPI_MISO_PIN 9

#define SPI_MOSI_PIN 12

#define SPI_SS_PIN 26

Default configuration was like below. (which is working perfect)

#define SPI_SCK_PIN 26

#define SPI_MISO_PIN 30

#define SPI_MOSI_PIN 29

#define SPI_SS_PIN 31

P0.09/P0.10 is by default configured as NFCT antenna pins. You need to define the symbol CONFIG_NFCT_PINS_AS_GPIOS to use the pins as GPIOs.
