Hi, how can I make a router retransmit the coordinator pairing signals so Im able to pair a router through another router?

Hi,

You will need to call function bdb_start_top_level_commissioning, which will send a permit join request as well as manage bdb state machine. Take a look at section 8.2 of the Zigbee Base Device Behaviour specification, to see the details of the network steering procedure for a node on a network.
