Integrated Circuit Card Identifier (ICCID) not accepted by nrfcloud.com

Dear Nordic team,

we would like to test nrf9160dk evaluation board with SIM cards from Sunrise (Switzerland).
The Integrated Circuit Card Identifier (ICCID) of these SIM cards has 20 digits which is not accepted by nrfcloud.com (when trying to add new SIM card).

Why is this ? According to our information Integrated Circuit Card Identifier (ICCID) can be 15-20 digits long.

What can we do ?

Hello Tibor, 

The SIM card registration in nRF Cloud is for the iBasis SIM card only. 

This allows users to manage the iBasis SIM card in nRF Cloud i.e. to buy more data to this SIM
