nrf9160 DK errata

Hi,

I saw the errata for bad onboard GPS antenna performance in nrf9160 DK v0.8.2 and 0.7.0

Was the problem fixed in 0.8.3, or is 0.8.3 still affected?

Hello, 

No, unfortunately, this is not fixed. There might be some component improvements. For best performance, an external GPS is recommended.
