Sir i am try to sending the some text to nrf 52840 board,if you  have any document please send it.

and how to do this process ? Sir please explain

You can try the ble_app_uart example in the SDK. Please read the documentation here: https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/sdk_nrf5_v16.0.0/ble_sdk_app_nus_eval.html?cp=7_1_4_2_2_25. The example located in the nRF5 SDk at : \examples\ble_peripheral\ble_app_uart

You can use the nRF Toolbox app on the phone (UART profile) to send data to the nRF52840.
