On-line Modify advertising content

I use SDK16.0

use BLE + Multiple Beacon, Beacon use timeslot,BLE use softdevice.

I want to modify the advertising content of BLE,But use advertising_stop->advertising_init->advertising_start to result in Timeslot not work.

What can I do to modify it without affecting Timeslot .
