Hi.
How do you flash the image? Using DFU or an external programmer (e.g. with a 10-pin cable between the "debug out" port of a DK and the Thingy)?
If you use an external programmer, you should use the images you find in the "images_full" folder, not the "images_dfu_hex" folder.
Best regards,
Didrik
Thank you a lot, I am using JLink with 10pin cable, I was not aware or full vs dfu.
Where can I find image full hex for Thingy:91 for http://developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF_Connect_SDK/doc/1.2.0/nrf/samples/nrf9160/serial_lte_modem/README.html#serial-lte-modem please ?

The serial_lte_modem sample has only been made for the nRF91 DK, not the Thingy:91, so there are no pre-compiled hex files fro the Thingy.
However, it does seem to work on the Thingy:91 without any modifications (note that I have not tested this much more than seeing that it runs on the Thingy).
I have attached the hex file from my build.
