Shared LFCLK External 32K Oscillator in X1 and P0.01 (X2) as GPIO

I need to share the LFCLK with an external device and I'm thinking on using an external oscillator like SiT1532AC-J5-DCC-32.768E

I'll set the LFCLKSRC registry as 111 (Apply external full swing signal to XL1, leave XL2 grounded or unconnected)

My question, as is not clear in the Datasheet. Can I use the P0.01 as standard GPIO?

If the answer is no, and I change to use an standard crystal for LFCLK and take the clock out of XL2 to share. Will this be a Full Swing signal? I can't find what is the spec of this signal.

Hi,

When LFCLKSRC is set to 1 it means that both P0.00 and P0.01 and are running as the connection for the 32.768 kHz crystal and the GPIO function is disabled automatically.

If you are using full swing oscillator you can let XL2 float, but you can't use it as a GPIO.

Thanks for the clarification. Could you tell me is the signal coming out of XL2 is full swing?

To my knowledge crystals are low swing, only external clock oscillators are full swing.
