Connection

I'm connecting the battery to the VDDH 3.6V or 3.7V and sensor to VDD, it means nrf52833 get powred on from VDDH and sensor get the power from VDD. is it ok? please check the attached image file for details.

Hi,

For the nRF52833 it's not possible to draw current externally from VDD, however for the nRF52840 it is possible as described here:
