Where is Softdevice 110 spec V2?

The release notes for S110 v 8.0.0 say .

The SoftDevice Specification corresponding to this release is the 
S110 SoftDevice Specification v2.0.

I can't find that, the latest I can find is 1.3. Where's 2.0?

Unfortunately, the softdevice 8.0.0 was released before the S110 SDS 2.0 was ready. The SDS 2.0 should be released shortly. Also, an accompanied SDK v8.0.0, which is compatible with softdevice S110 8.0.0 is about to be released.
